DAVID G. ADLER

Mr. Adler practices law in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax and general business matters.  He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and a Certified Public Accountant.  He has been awarded the AV Preeminent Peer Reviewed Rating by Martindale Hubbell and designated a Texas Super Lawyer.  In addition to over 30 years in the practice of law with law firms, his work experience has included work with a large international CPA firm as partner-in-charge of its Dallas office tax department and then as Managing Partner of that office; he also served as its international liaison partner and member of its entertainment industry group and its tax shelter advisory group.  He has also been chairman of the audit committee of a privately held energy company and a member of its compensation committee.
