Excellence with Cost Effective Results

TERESA BOHNE-HUDDLESTON

Teresa Bohne-Huddleston represents insurance companies and policyholders in insurance coverage and extra-contractual cases, in addition to clients in general civil litigation matters.  She also serves as a consulting and testifying expert on insurance matters nationwide and as a mediator.

Ms. Huddleston’s prior experience in-house at the home office of a major property and casualty insurance company provides her with a unique perspective, and serves as a baseline for her abilities to assist with many out-of-the ordinary issues for her clients.  Her experience includes evaluation of risk transfer and insurance protection in connection with corporate transactions, reinsurance issues, as well as insurance policy drafting and coverage analysis.
