MATT K. ENOCH

Mr. Enoch practices complex commercial litigation. Having been involved with and argued cases across Texas and in Florida, Mr. Enoch has experience in handling complex business litigation relating to contracts, oil & gas, real estate, landlord/tenant, insurance and probate. Since graduating law school, he has worked as an attorney in the title insurance industry and now handles a variety of litigation issues at Glast, Phillips & Murray. Mr. Enoch represents both individuals and businesses in connection with bringing and defending lawsuits.

Mr. Enoch was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, he presented appellate arguments in Austin Texas as a member of the Mack Kidd Administrative Law Moot Court Team and served as a Research Assistant for Professor Julie Patterson Forrester, Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Before law school Mr. Enoch was a back country fly fishing guide in Colorado, guiding individuals and groups on day and multiday trips into the back country. As a guide he was certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR. Mr. Enoch still has a passion for fly fishing, frequently traveling across the United States in search of the perfect water.
