Mr. Martinez has represented clients in civil litigation matters across the country. His practice areas include business and commercial litigation, appeals, bad faith insurance practices, banking and finance, civil rights, construction defects, defamation, employment, fiduciary matters, injunctions, real estate, trucking and transportation litigation, and workers’ compensation. He also has experience assisting small businesses in their legal affairs, including formation and preparation of vendor contracts, legal waivers, employment agreements, and privacy policies.

Mr. Martinez was recognized as a “Texas Rising Star” in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Mr. Martinez is admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
